Best known as “Coach E”, Erica Cipolloni is a softball training and development coach with 20 years of softball experience- 10+ of those years coaching elite travel softball teams. She has spent the last decade sharing extensive game knowledge, college recruiting guidance and mentorship for aspiring athletes looking to play at an elite level. Coach E is best known for her ability to develop well-rounded players by challenging them in session and creating a unique training plan for each player to help achieve their personal softball goals. By providing constructive feedback for both mental and physical advancement, Coach E has helped many players advance in their softball careers.
Erica is originally from the Northeast of Philadelphia. She attended highschool at Nazareth Academy where her softball number was retired in 2010 and she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2022. In 2010, she was named Female Athlete of the Year by the Philadelphia Inquirer. Erica was nationally recruited by top softball programs in the ACC, SEC, Big-12, Pac-10 and Big East while playing for elite travel organizations Team NJ and NJ Breakers. Erica fulfilled her dream of earning a full athletic scholarship to the ACC conference at the University of Virginia. In 2010, she was 1-42 selected to try out for the USA Softball Junior Women’s National Team in Chula Vista, CA. The player pool was made up of athletes that have been identified by WNTSC as an elite softball player in the appropriate age group.
